Note: not inspected out of its case.

Winds easily and runs at all speeds. Control, lockout, viewfinder, diopter, handles and straps all work as expected. An exceptional example of the famed Paillard Bolex camera in 16mm- with a removable chamber on top for mounting a full 400ft cinematic film reel, and attachment points for sound sync equipment. Bolex models such as these have been used by numerous professional film makers, including Spike Lee, to produce some of their most respected works. Paperwork includes original import slip from Switzerland, Lens Manual, H Declic Manual, Kern-Paillard f18-85 f2.5 depth of field guide, an H16 Reflex-5 guide and H16 General reference guide. It stipulates some of the more unique and professional features of the camera, such as variable shutter timing, multiple film speeds (from 12-64) attachment points for electric motors and accessories, etc. Lens has not been checked for clarity but preview through the viewfinder is clear and easy to see. Also includes a set of 6 slide in color filters, lens cap, lens hood, and cable release. All speeds and technical features have been estimated by are not guaranteed. Age and use related wear.
